Guest Information Assistant
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic person to work in the Guest Information department of our award winning park on a permanent, part-time basis.
This position is a front line role looking after guests in person in addition to telephone, e-mail and written enquiries, season tickets, group and birthday party bookings.
The successful candidates will ideally have previous experience of working in a similar environment. We are looking for people who have an eye for detail, are accurate and well organised, and have a genuine desire to give excellent customer service and really enjoy assisting members of the public. This role will include tending to staff and members of the public in a First Aid capacity and therefore applicants with a current First Aid at Work Certificate (or willingness to gain) will be welcomed.
Due to the nature of the business, successful applicants may be required to work weekdays, plus weekends and Bank Holidays, with a flexible approach to hours. Hours available will be a minimum of two days per week, plus holiday and sickness cover.
